i made a blog! here is where my thoughts feelings dreams and ideas will go. this is super awesome and i'm really stoked about it. i'm proud that i was able to set it up on my own, it took me so long to figure out how to get everything set up. i was using github pages at first, but i wasn't super psyched about the idea of my personal blog being publicly viewable from my github page, which also has school stuff and may be associated with work related things in the future.
i had to figure out how to set everything up with cloudflare, which surprisingly took me a while (accidentally made a worker instead of a page and for the life of me couldn't figure out why it wasn't working). i'm not super worried about having a cool domain right now, i was kind of surprised that "secretblog" wasn't taken on cloudflare, but then again most people would prefer to have their web page hosted on a domain that doesn't have ".pages.dev" in it.
obviously this page is not very fancy right now. kind of lame actually. but we will get there as i continue to learn stuff. how exciting!
